I'm Bel. I was translating my dad's flooring estimates at seven and running his payroll as a teenager. Years later I built a $4M design-build firm with my husband. Every quote, every follow-up routed through me, so the whole thing could only move as fast as I could. That pace nearly broke me.

I'm not a tech girl. I got tired enough of the busywork to hand it to AI, and it worked. Now I show women with a phone and an audience how to do the same. I've actually run the thing. This is what worked, not theory.
