I'm not selling you a dream I read about. I've done the unglamorous version.

I came to the U.S. from Nicaragua when I was five. By seven, I was translating my dad's hardwood flooring estimates at kitchen tables, watching grown men argue about margins.
I didn't know it then, but that was the whole education. I dropped out of the U of M. Cleaned buildings. Ran finance for a medical nonprofit back in Nicaragua. Then I built a design-build firm, Casamia, to $4 million in revenue. By hand. No funding, no playbook, no AI.
The AI part came last. When I finally started building agents to run my own business, everything I already knew about systems and money just scaled. Four kids, one laptop, a company that mostly runs itself.
That's why I don't sound like the other coaches. I've done the payroll, the margins, the 2am invoices. So when I help you build the machine that turns your followers into income, it's built on the real thing, not a screenshot of someone else's launch.
